Childcare Solutions, a Beachwood, Ohio based Nanny Referral Agency, announces the acquisition of Buckingham Nannies and Housekeepers of Shaker Heights, Ohio. Consolidation will better serve the community and clients of both companies and support further exapansion in to the Akron/Canton/Fairlawn markets.

Childcare Solutions (div. MAG, Inc.) announced today that it has purchased the assets of Buckingham Nannies and Housekeepers (Buckingham Services, Inc.), of Shaker Heights. As Ohio's largest full-service referral agency for nannies and in-home child care services, Childcare Solutions will continue to operate the child care and housekeeping referral services of both companies from its offices in Beachwood.

Privately held Childcare Solutions has been creating in-home care relationships since 1991. The company expanded to offer Corporate Sponsored Back-Up Dependent Care programs in 2000, serving Ohio organizations including The Cleveland Clinic Foundation H.S.A., The Cleveland Cavaliers, Shaker Welocme Wagon, and as the local Pinch Hitter affiliate of A New England Nanny, a fortune 100 company.
