CLEVELAND, OH – September 9, 2002 –The Cleveland Ohio Real Estate Investors Online .Network (or COREIO.net), a free online resource for Cleveland and Akron-based real estate professionals, recently unveiled its unique interactive online forum. The site serves to streamline communications between Northeast Ohio Akron based real estate investors, traders, landlords, tenants, agents, sellers, and even first time home buyers, empowering them in their business ventures.
COREIO.net gives members access to online discussion forums where they can ask questions, list properties and get to know each other. Members learn not just from the information posted on the site, but also from the experience of local colleagues.
The site, which aims to offer a more efficient transfer of information and wealth, is gaining acceptance in the real estate investment community. This has prompted the first edition of the COREIO.net online newsletter, (or ezine). Topics covered in the ezine will include the local real estate market, property renovation, creative financing, investment strategies, legal issues, local government programs, and special interest topics suggested by COREIO.net members. Like the site itself, the newsletter is developed "by investors, for investors."
COREIO.net has positioned itself as "the" central resource for computer-savvy local Northeast Ohio investors. Some features that distinguish COREIO.net from other real estate websites include:
~~Focus on the local Northeast Ohio community
~~Content developed by active local investors
~~Members network directly with each other without leaving their homes or offices
~~Goal is to help those in all areas of real estate investing, not just buying and selling.
Barbara Meyer of Independence, an, established local investor, computer consultant, and founder of COREIO.net, says "I developed this site based on my own unmet needs. No other sites on the internet offered these services, and I found it difficult to fit the local networking meetings into my schedule."
Meyer adds, Membership is free so our growth will be slow but steady. Once the site grows to where it develops a substantial advertising income, we'll add some of the whiz-bang features that the major real estate sites provide. I won't let it grow too fast to last. COREIO.net is my commitment to the community."
