Free Tool Simplifies Reprint Publication of Articles Online

Bill Platt, the owner of thePhantomWriters, a leading online article submission company and distributor of free-reprint articles to the online publishing community, has developed a tool intended to help online publishers prepare articles for quick and easy placement into their websites.

(PRWEB) July 27, 2004 -- Bill Platt, the owner of thePhantomWriters,
a leading online article submission company and distributor
of free-reprint articles to the online publishing community,
has developed a tool intended to help online publishers prepare
articles for quick and easy placement into their websites.

The "TPW Text-to-Hyperlink Conversion Tool" was designed to help
new webmasters convert plain text documentation into a document
that can be placed directly into the webmasters' site template
for final publication. Bill soon discovered that experienced
webmasters and writers also found his tool to be a very valuable
resource.

Most writers require in the 'Terms of Reprint' that if you choose
to place their articles on a website, then you must hyperlink all
URL's in the body of the article and in the resource box. The
resource box is the short paragraph at the end of an article
that tells the reader about the person who wrote the article.

"If you can use the copy-and-paste functionality of modern day
computer operating systems, then you can use this tool for proper
placement of free-reprint articles on your website. This free
tool will do all of the necessary hyperlinking for you," Mr.
Platt stated.

The Publisher of "Top-Picks from My Favorite Ezines," Sharon
Iezzi, suggested to her subscribers that if they did not know
HTML or simply hated coding hyperlinks, then the TPW conversion
tool would "save time and frustration."

Bill explained why he decided to program this software. "Using
this tool, you can literally reduce your preparation time from
about 20 minutes per article, to about 90 seconds per article."
He said, "I needed to do some text-to-hyperlink conversion myself
and spent nearly ten hours converting 30 pages by hand. After
creating this software, I was able to convert another 300 pages
in under eight hours."

Bonnie Jo Davis, the Publisher of the "Articles That Sell" ebook
told the readers of her "Articles That Sell Update" e-zine
http://www.ArticlesThatSell.com , "Bill Platt has designed a
tool for his own use that he is now offering to the public. This
smart tool will convert your plain text articles with links to
plain text articles with clickable links. I tested it and it
works really well. This is a must 'bookmark' resource for
writers."
