This event brings much anticipation and excitement to the community with artwork and products from local artists and craftspeople, musical entertainment, and a host of free activities for children of all ages.

Attendees to the festival will receive free admission to both the Frederic Remington Art Museum, and the Eva Caten Remington Education Center, also known as Kids Place.
This is an event that The Frederic Remington Art Museum puts on each year for the community," said Mrs. Murphy Stein. Everything is free to the public except the horse-drawn wagon rides and refreshments."
Activities for the day include: live music, art and craft sales, art activities for kids, a homemade pie contest, local produce, refreshments, horse-drawn wagon rides, and demonstrations including glassblowing, blacksmith, and weaving. This year the museum has also added a petting zoo component to the festival, courtesy of the Thompson Park Zoo in Watertown.
We also have two Madrid business who will bring alpacas to the event along with products made from their wool," Mrs. Murphy Stein said.
