Larry Cutrone To Host New Wildlife Series

Entertainer Larry Cutrone has agreed to host a new wildlife series for The Woderful World of Wildlife. The first two segments have been release entitled Space Farms Endangered Species and Turtle Back Zoo in Winter.

(PRWEB) December 13, 2005 -- Entertainer Larry Cutrone has signed on with The Wonderful World of Wildlife to host, narrate, and direct a wildlife series. The first show entitled Space Farms Endangered Species has been produced and distributed to NJN and several cable TV stations for airing and also is available in libraries. The show helps viewers to understand the role that local zoos play in providing endangered and rare species a safe environment to live and bread in.

Many of these animals have been saved from near extinction and helped to be reintroduced back into the wild. At a time when zoos have come under fire for what many see as a confining existance for animals this video helps to enlighten those who may have a hard time understanding the benefits that zoos provide.

Larry Cutrone narrates as Lori Space Day offers valuable information in an entertaining and educational way as they take the viewer on a guided tour of one of New Jersey's largest zoos Space Farms. The second show in the series is entitled Turtle Back Zoo in Winter and deals with what happens to zoo animals in the winter months. Again Larry Cutrone is along to narrate along with Turtle Back Zoo director Dr. Jeremy Goodman. Turtle Back Zoo is located in Essex County New Jersey and sits within South Mountain Reservation a 2,000 acre land preserve.

Many people wonder what happens when the weather gets cold. Do all the animals get shipped south to Florida and return in spring? Do some join a Circus? Are they put into forced hibernation?
