Nonlinear Engineering Inc. announced today that it has just launched an Infra-red Lap Time receiver add-on to the award winning Veypor line of products. The Veypor Infra-Red Lap Timer (VIR) turns the Veypor into a full-featured, high accuracy lap timing system.

Laps are detected each time a trackside transmitter is passed and the Veypor automatically stores the lap number & time along with max speed, RPM and other parameters.

The VIR is easy to use and even easier to install. Simply plug it in to an existing Veypor unit, select the VIR Triggered mode from the Circuit Timer Menu and its ready to go!
