Schenectady, NY (PRWEB) May 1, 2005 -- HostPC Internet Services, headquartered in Schenectady NY is pleased to announce the acquisition of HostingAbode networks.

Senad Brkic, previous owner of Hostingabode will work in cooperation with HostPC.com to move all of the customers as smoothly as possible without any interference to any of the current customers. Joseph Mack, owner of HostPC Internet Services has contacted each customer and welcomed them to the HostPC family, and has arranged for a seamless migration to our newer, more current server configurations, using the DirectAdmin control panel, with several enhancements. HostPC has acquired all assets of Hostingabode.

HostPC Internet Services has been in acquisition mode for several weeks, but is moving forward with the purchase of several companies under consideration. This aquisition marks one of the first in this process.
