Help Me Find my Barf Bags
One hapless Air Sickness Bag collector sent his entire collection of over 1,600 Barf Bags to an art exhibit in New York, but only 1,500 were returned. Does anyone know where the missing bags are?
(PRWEB) August 15, 2005 -- Steve Silberbergs air sickness bag museum is missing more than 100 barf bags. Last fall, his 1,600+ bag collection was chosen for public display in the Terminal 5 art exhibit located inside JFK airports former TWA terminal.
However, after a raucous party on site, the New York Port Authority permanently closed the exhibit. In the ensuing chaos, over 100 Air Sickness Bags were misplaced, lost or stolen. Mr. Silberberg, who runs an on-line Air Sickness Bag Museum, would like to find his bags.
Many of the missing bags are reasonably common, but a few of them are one-of-a-kind items, such as an old Chosonminhang (which became Air Koryo in 1993) and an MTV-Jackass bag from Great Britain.
When last seen, the bags were kept in 3 black 3-ring binders. The mostly alphabetized bags that are missing start with the letters ‘A-Ah, ‘J, and ‘U. If anyone knows the whereabouts of said bags, or can help out with replacement bags, please contact Steve at the Air Sickness Bag Virtual Museum.
