Charlotte, N.C. (PRWEB) May 5, 2006 -- Nostalgic Sports and Games, a regional retailer of home entertainment furniture and sports collectibles, has chosen Charlotte advertising agency Asterisk Creative to lead the development of their new online retail venture, First and Ten Sports Den.
FirstandTenSportsDen.com will house over 30,000 college and professional sports collectibles ranging from gym bags and lamps to team-branded pool ball sets. Asterisk Creative will be responsible for creating the new brand and building the fully e-commerce enabled Web site. “After meeting with several regional agencies, we chose Asterisk because of their creativity, experience and previous success in the online space,” says Nostalgic Sports and Games Owner Debra Aufrance. The project's launch will be followed with an email marketing and online advertising program.
Nostalgic Sports and Games opened in 2000 with retail locations in South Charlotte’s Arboretum and Mooresville’s Martin Crossing Shopping Center. The company’s inventory includes home theater decor, pool and gaming tables, and thousands of sports collectibles.
Asterisk Creative combines premier design with results-based advertising for national and regional clients throughout the Southeast. The company was founded in 2001 and is headquartered in Charlotte’s South End. Asterisk Creative’s clients include the Dale Jarrett Racing Adventure, Charlotte Checkers and Roosters Men’s Grooming Center.
