Center for Digital Imaging Arts (CDIA) at Boston University Presents The Culture of the Motorcycle by Photographer Mark Mercer at Waltham MA Gallery

The Center for Digital Imaging Arts (CDIA) at Boston University presents the opening of “Lifecycle”, an exhibition by photographer Mark Mercer on the culture of the motorcycle at its Waltham, MA campus gallery, Friday, June 30, 2006 from 7-10 PM. Refreshments will be served at this special event, which is free and open to the public. The exhibition continues through July 26, 2006.

Waltham MA (PRWEB) June 30, 2006 -- The Center for Digital Imaging Arts (CDIA) at Boston University presents the opening of “Lifecycle”, an exhibition by photographer Mark Mercer on the culture of the motorcycle at its Waltham, MA campus gallery, Friday, June 30, 2006 from 7-10 PM. Refreshments will be served at this special event, which is free and open to the public. The exhibition continues through July 26, 2006.

Mercer has been documenting the culture of the motorcycle world for the past five years.
“Motorcycle riding offers us a change of perspective. Through the lens of my camera, I’m able to give people a taste of the hidden details,” said Mercer.

CDIA’s Gallery is located at 274 Moody Street in Waltham MA. Exclusive motorcycle parking will be available on Moody Street. At the opening on June 30, one of Mercer’s exhibition prints will be raffled off to benefit the Alzheimer’s Foundation. For more information, call 781-209-1700.
