Alloy Meets Teak, Introduced by BeFurnished

As if producing the finest teak furniture was not enough, BeFurnished brings the alloy and teak design to the United States. They are one of the first companies in the United States to introduce such a design.

(PRWEB) September 15, 2006 -- If Teak is an unfamiliar word, it should not be because it is the hottest new thing in furniture manufacturing today. Tectona Grandis or common teak is used by manufacturers of outdoor furniture and outdoor surfaces like boat decks because of its durable texture and its resistance to adverse weather conditions.

It has been used by shipbuilders for centuries and now it can be found in millions of homes. Based on the composition and past commercial use of teak, teak furniture screams durability to its owners. Customers are drawn to teak items because everyone wants more for their money. In addition to its durable composition, teak has natural oils in the wood, which makes it great for indoor items such as flooring and veneers and outdoor such as teak patio furniture, plus, teak does not need to be treated to maintain its beauty. In Indonesia, teak is used extensively to make doors, and beams to support older homes and is very resistant to termites, mildew, rot and warping.

So when it is said that the outdoor furniture manufacturer, BeFurnished, uses teak wood exported directly from Indonesia, the expectation of purchasing beautiful, durable furniture is met. They continue to raise the bar in producing furniture that is sophisticated and customized to their customer’s individual taste with their unique alloy and teak design. The new alloy design is made with 304 stainless steel, so rust and corrosion will never be a problem.

In addition to their Hillside, NJ warehouse, BeFurnished is adding a new warehouse in Los Angeles, CA beginning December 1st, 2006. Since they manufacture and import the teak used for their furniture, they are constantly looking for new dealers in the United States and Canada.
