Washington, D.C. (PRWEB) October 26, 2006 -- Protexx Inc., a leader in 2048 bit encryption technology for data in motion security solutions presented its concerns and solutions for data in motion security to the Congressional Subcommittee on National Security, Emerging Threats and International Relations today. The presentation and discussion was a follow-up invitation to successful meetings with Connecticut Congressman Christopher Shays who sponsored the meeting. The presentation involved exposing the vulnerabilities that exist today in public, private and governmental wireless and network systems and also to demonstrate the Protexx software encryption solution. Protexx demonstrated to the Subcommittee the software's ability to dual authenticate computer users, lock out hackers, create a virtual impenetrable tunnel within a tunnel making the user invisible to the Internet and encrypting the transmitted data to 2048 bit.

According to Company President Peter Letizia, the Protexx tm software encryption demonstration was compelling. "We are a society just beginning to understand a broad spectrum of Internet and Data vulnerabilities and with September 11th fresh in our minds, this is an ideal time to re-examine our vulnerabilities in cyberspace. It is the next frontier for financial terrorism and people intent on doing us and our Country harm. We know that Protexx 2048 bit encryption technology heightens our level of security across the board and we were eager to demonstrate that fact to our Government."
