Protexx becomes developer and solutions partner with Hewlett Packard and has sofware distributed with New Integrity Servers Partner Portfolio CD.
Deerfield Beach, Florida, (PRWEB) October 26, 2006 -- Protexx, a leader in "data in motion" security solutions, was invited to partner with Hewlett Packard at the Developer and Solution Partner Program Trade Show in Houston, Texas, held at the George R. Brown Convention Center this past September 18-21. At the show, the Protexx 2048-bit encryption software package was demonstrated, in conjunction with HP's new line of Integrity Servers hardware.
According to Protexx President Peter Letizia, having a hardware partner like HP was and is quite an honor. "Protexx was proud to have been selected to partner with HP at this show," he said. We're convinced that the easily accessible Protexx software package will raise the level of security for all users of wired and wireless networks across the board. Protexx 2048 bit encryption technology has been reviewed by NSA, Hewlett-Packard, IBM and is now in use in several high security installations. The software package can be downloaded from the company's Web site at protexxinc.com, can include a biometric positive identification component and, once installed by both sender and receiver, assures complete security for transmission of data over the Internet. The company maintains its own network operating center for use only by authorized subscribers. Each user receives a certificate authorization, admitting his computer and only his identity to the Protexx secure transmission system.
HP is a Fortune 11 company, with $86 billion in revenue, generating $7 billion in organic growth for fiscal year 2005.
