Akron, OH (PRWEB) October 25, 2006 -- Hitchcock Fleming & Associates Inc. (hfa), a full-service marketing communications firm in Akron, Ohio, announces three promotions within its marketing team in order to help generate the highest caliber of client solutions.

Maggie Harris has been promoted to team leader/account supervisor for the Goodyear Brand. Harris will now lead hfa's Goodyear account-service brand team. This will position hfa to achieve even greater success for Goodyear by putting Harris' leadership and vast experience to work on a wider spectrum of Goodyear-related brand opportunities. She had been senior account manager.

Harris joined the hfa team in 2004. She graduated from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV) with a bachelor of science degree in communications. She lives in Akron.

Dale Elwell has been promoted to team leader/account supervisor for Dunlop; Goodyear Auto Service Centers; Just Tires; and Goodyear Off-The-Road and Aviation. Elwell will now lead hfa's teams that support Dunlop and Just Tires, as well as business-to-business activities for Goodyear. This will enable Dunlop and Goodyear to better capitalize on the depth of knowledge and abilities Elwell has consistently brought to these brands. He had been senior account manager.

Elwell joined hfa in 2000. He graduated from Ashland University with a bachelor of science degree in business administration (BSBA) with a double major in radio/television and marketing.

He was a three-year president of Plugged In, the official affiliate membership group of the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum, while also serving on the museum's board of directors. He has also been a docent at the museum. He lives in Broadview Heights.

Ted Paynter, as senior account manager, is now responsible for overseeing Goodyear's National Retail & Regional Retail. Paynter's proven capabilities now enable him to be in an even stronger position to lead and develop hfa's retail teams in support of Goodyear's sales growth.

Paynter joined hfa in 1999. He is a Walsh University graduate with a bachelor's degree in communications and political science. He is a member of the board of trustees of North Canton Playhouse, and resides in North Canton.
