Hollywood, CA (PRWEB) December 13, 2006 -- Well known Emmy-nominated Actor and committed environmentalist, Ed Begley Jr., will be starring with his Actress wife, Rachelle Carson, in the all new Home and Garden TV's hilarious new family reality TV show, "Living with Ed."
Rachelle often struggles over living green with her eco-obsessed husband, the Emmy nominated actor Ed Begley Jr. The show is set in the couples modest, two-bedroom, Studio City home that is entirely solar powered and off of the power grid. The show will air a minimum of six episodes and takes viewers inside of the extraordinarily funny, contentious chemistry of the couple, living their lives and sharing their experiences with the audience to create an eco-friendly lifestyle. Because Ed and Rachelle use their IZIP Hybrid Electric Bikes regularly in their daily lives, viewers should expect to spot them rolling down the road periodically throughout the series.
Following a special appearance of Ed and Rachelle in Pasadena to join the hosts of HGTV's broadcast of the 118th Annual Tournament of Roses Parade themed "Our Good Nature", the network will broadcast a sneak preview of "Living with Ed" at 1 pm ET/PT on New Year's Day. The series will premiere in its regular timeslot on Sunday nights beginning January 7th, 2007 at 10 pm ET/PT.
Begley, best known for his role in the 1980s hit hospital drama "St. Elsewhere," has been a committed environmentalist since 1970.
