Upon releasing her 10 Best CDs of 2006, Top 10 Amazon.com reviewer Rebecca Johnson named Evening Ocean, Kate Havnevik and Charlotte Gainsbourg's CDs as the top 3 releases of the year.

New York, NY (PRWEB) December 18, 2006 -- Upon releasing her 10 Best CDs of 2006, Top 10 Amazon.com reviewer Rebecca Johnson named Evening Ocean, Kate Havnevik and Charlotte Gainsbourg's CDs as the top 3 releases of the year. Johnson declared Evening Ocean the Best New Artist of 2006.

Evening Ocean's CD: "The Attraction" was released on July 11, 2006. The Attraction was mastered by Don Grossinger who previously mastered Brian Wilson's Smile on LP as well as projects for Pink Floyd, the Rolling Stones and Faithless. The artwork for the CD was created by Natalie Shau, who also created artwork for Lacuna Coil.
