VueCentric technology powers NASCAR-linked mortgage website catering to fans of the nation’s fastest growing sport.
Austin, TX (PRWEB) February 17, 2006 -- VueCentric, Inc., developer of MortgageDashboard, the industry’s leading mortgage loan origination system provided under the Software as a Service (SaaS) model, has announced that its proprietary technology is now powering a new mortgage lending website that will cater to NASCAR fans. MortgageDashboard is being used by Robert Richardson Racing’s (R3) “Win Your Mortgage” website. VueCentric’s technology is also being used by Benchmark Mortgage, the Dallas-based mortgage lender that will fund the loans.
The new website is being promoted to NASCAR fans through R3’s NASCAR Championship #1 Craftsman Dodge Truck in the 2006 NASCAR Craftsman Truck Race Series. The R3 team will be promoting the “Win Your Mortgage” sweepstakes offers at races nationwide. Sign-up stations will be located trackside along the NCTS circuit in addition to the online registration. Each quarter, one lucky loan applicant will be chosen by a third-party sweepstakes company to win 12 month’s worth of mortgage payments. There will be four winners in all.
R3 needed a reliable technology with which to capture the mortgage leads from its new website. VueCentric was able to offer up a proven application that will not only effectively aggregate the leads from the site, but also enable Benchmark, a net branch lender, to manage the leads and process the loans quickly to closing.
“We’ll be generating thousands of new leads for our branch partners every week through this partnership,” said Stewart Hunter, co-founder of Benchmark. “You can’t do something on this scale without having a solid technology platform. We wouldn’t even try doing this without MortgageDashboard.”

R3 expects its website to generate a great deal of mortgage business, according to Tommy Strader, marketing director for the company and a driver on the team.
“These racing events average half a million viewers. The truck series alone has 30 million fans nationwide,” Strader said. “There is a brand loyalty among NASCAR fans that you don’t find anywhere else. These fans love the sponsors because they know these companies make the sport possible.”
Sauri says his application will scale to meet the needs of both R3 and Benchmark. “This is exactly what our software was designed to do and is currently doing for lenders across the country,” he said. “We’ll be taking these deals from lead to loan and all the way to close.
