IdeaStar Inc. of Cleveland recently announced a preferred provider agreement with Galathea STS of London. The new partnership provides an opportunity for IdeaStar, a full-service Web development firm, to integrate Galathea’s ENTA online ticketing into client Web sites, and promotes Galathea in the United States.

Although IdeaStar (http://www.ideastar.com/) has installed other ticketing systems for major arts organizations, a recent collaborative project for the Ravinia Festival (http://www.ravinia.org/), the summer home of the Chicago Symphony Orchestra, made the company aware of ENTA’s advantages. IdeaStar integrated the Festival’s Web site into ENTA as one part of its Web site improvement plan. “Ravinia was a remarkably successful ENTA integration project. They sell millions of dollars of tickets, and more than half of their customers are now using the online site to purchase tickets, as well as check schedules and find out performance information,” IdeaStar President James D. (Jim ) Fisher said.
