Got Carl? One of Central Florida's Automotive Leaders, Carl Delman Hits the Job Market

Carl Delman of the Delman Automotive Network, today announced his plans to seek new employment, calling on all car dealers in the nation.

Orlando,FL (PRWEB) April 24, 2006 -- Today Carl Delman announced his plans to leave his current employer, an popular Orlando based Kia dealership and seek new employment and business challenges from the Automotive Industry. This search of employment is calling on the thousands of franchise dealerships across the nation.

This recent move follows Mr. Delman's leave from the well-known Holler Automotive Group in Winter Park, FL in April of 2005 after nearly 13 years. Mr. Delman's automotive roots date back over 30 years, in New York in the early 70's, working for the former Nissan dealer, Star Nissan until 1990. From there Carl moved to sunshine state of Florida where he currently presides today. Mr. Delman has only worked for about a dozen dealers in his lifetime where he has served in almost every position from Sales Consultant to General Sales Manager. Carl has represented more than 10 different brands, including the former General Motors line, Oldsmobile. A brand where his commitment and dedication was proven as he received top honors from General Motors, by being named the Top Region Performer, four separate years. Carl has also been favored by Mitsubishi Motors and his performance in using their Factory to Dealer Auctions program to substantially increase used car sales at his employed Mitsubishi dealership; by selling the factory offered pre-owned Mitsubishis at alarming rate, a rate higher than any other Orlando area Mitsubishi dealership.

Mr. Delman's success does not stop there, recently after seeing many local area dealers misunderstanding of and lack of attention to the Internet side of the car business, Carl stepped in to help. In addition to his current duties, Carl took on the role of Internet Sales Director at his then employed dealer, Holler of Winter Park and surprising to most, increased the dealer's sales, market share and of course profits. At that point, because of the instant success of his E-Dealer concepts, Carl knew he was on to something bigger than just selling a couple of extra cars for the dealership. Mr. Delman then decided to research and study this new concept in the Automotive Sales Industry, the Virtual Dealer. To better utilize this new selling tool, Mr. Delman then left the Holler Family and went to work for the #1 Volume KIA dealer in Florida, City Kia. In late 2005, He joined their team as their new Business Development Manager and Internet Director. After about 2 weeks, Mr. Delman increased the Kia Dealer's BDC Center overall sales by 59% and retention rate by 70% and those results continued. Although, after just leaving that dealer this past week due to personal reasons, Carl Delman is looking for his next dealership home and looking to bring his Talent, Personality and Experiences to any willing dealership or dealer group.
