Orange County, CA (PRWEB) May 11, 2006 -- Yazdaan Arts, Inc., a purveyor of distinctive paintings by Noshir Jesung, announces the exhibition of the painting titled "Armenians In Court" at the Art-Exchange Realism Exhibit 2006. As a source for professional and novice art buyers, the Art-Exchange provides an efficient method for admires of art to view and purchase original works in a cost-effective manner. The current exhibition on the 2006 West Wall features a realism exhibit by painters that display a contemporary vision of life. Exhibit space was limited to a select group of artists that demonstrated a strong grasp of this vision.
"I am very pleased to be selected to participate in such an auspicious exhibit." said Yazdaan Arts' Noshir Jesung. "I've been painting my entire life, and I always appreciate whenever art lovers take an interest in my work." added Jesung whose painting takes on a historical connotation.
The painting "Armenians in Court", the fifth in the Shahnameh (Book of Kings) series of works by Jesung depicts a group of Armenians requesting an audience at the king of Persia's court. Typical in the style of Jesung's paintings, "Armenians in Court" includes bright colors for the subject matter with subdued colors for the environment in a pre-Raphaelite style and demeanor. By evoking the emotional response of majestic splendor, Noshir Jesung succeeds in weaving a dramatic story while not overpowering the theme.
The exhibit, which may be viewed on-line runs until June 30th, 2006 at which point the works of art will no longer be displayed at the Art-exchange. Upon conclusion of the exhibit, Noshir Jesung's work will be available directly through Yazdaan Arts as will his other paintings in the Shahnameh series. Each painting depicts a different story from the Persian national epic known as the "Book of Kings" in English. With the Shahnameh containing over 60,000 couplets of poetry, Jesung has many poems from which to draw his inspiration. "As Ferdowsi attempts to enchant the reader with his poetry, I wish to do the same with my paintings." said Jesung.
