Shaving Brand Aims To Light Unknown British Band's Blue Touch Paper

British brand King of Shaves has chosen unsigned rock band Rocketchild to provide three soundtracks to its latest viral game King of Power, and is expecting more than 6m players to listen to the soundtracks, also available for download from the band's website.

Friends with lead singer Richie Stevens of Rocketchild, an unsigned British rock band, why not partner their powerful sound with his new King of Shaves Powerboat game, King of Power?

He sounded out Will King, founder of innovative British shaving and skincare brand, King of Shaves, who immediately saw the potential of the link-up, remembering well the Levi's Jeans and Babylon Zoo's 'Spaceman' pairing in the late 1990's, when the ad catapulted the single to number 1 in the UK singles chart.

But here, the opportunity to hear about both King of Shaves and Rocketchild would be global. With previous games KingofSkeleton.com and KingofDefenders.com delivering out of this world player numbers of 13m, King of Power could introduce his shaving brand, and launch an unknown British band at the same time.
