Announcement of the Public Sale of the Smittybilt Outland Automotive Group, Inc. Sale conducted by the Great American Group.
(PRWEB) July 24, 2006 -- The Great American Group will be handling the liquidation of all the Smittybilt Outland Automotive Group, Inc. assets The accounts receivable will not be a part of the sale. Details of the sale can be found on the All World Automotive Great American Group web site.

Fixed Asset Inventory
A listing of all the major fixed assets is available including vehicles, material handling equipment, pallet racking, manufacturing and packaging equipment, tooling, office and IT equipment. The work in process and raw materials will also be sold.
Interested parties can make an offer for all the product with or without the Smittybilt and Outland trade names. They will also consider offers on just the Smittybilt name combined with all of the Smittybilt product, the Outland name combined with all of the Outland product, or offers on just the trade names only. Their preference is offers that combine the name and product as a package. The work in process and raw materials will also be sold and may be combined with finished goods in your offers if you wish.
The offers need to reach the Great American Group no later than 5 PM PDT on Wednesday, July 26, 2006. They will make a decision with regard to the offers on Thursday, July 27, 2006. Their payment terms are similar to their normal terms; a 25% deposit will be required by 5 PM PDT on Monday, July 31, 2006. The balance must be paid in full prior to shipment. All product must be removed from the Smittybilt location no later than 5 PM August 31, 2006.

The fixed assets will be sold at negotiated prices beginning on August 7, 2006. The distribution center will be open for inspection beginning Monday, July 31, 2006. Hours are from 8 AM to 2 PM Monday through Friday or by appointment.
