TOPS’L Beach & Racquet Resort Set for Expansion and Renovation, ResortQuest to Add 125 Destin Rentals and Invest $2.5 Million on Clubhouse Renovation
ResortQuest, the nation’s largest vacation rental company, today announced that two new developments, the Cabanas at TOPS’L and TOPS’L Ridge, will be added to the TOPS’L Beach and Racquet Resort in Destin, Florida. This new development will be an addition to ResortQuest’s current 1700 Destin condos and vacation rentals.
NASHVILLE, Tenn. (PRWEB) August 4, 2006 -- ResortQuest, the nation’s largest vacation rental company, today announced that two new developments, the Cabanas at TOPS’L and TOPS’L Ridge, will be added to the TOPS’L Beach and Racquet Resort in Destin, Florida. This new development will be an addition to ResortQuest’s current 1700 Destin condos and vacation rentals.
TOPS’L Beach and Racquet Resort, ranked by Tennis Magazine as “a Top 50 U.S. Tennis Resort” and “a Top 5 U.S. Doubles Resort, is located on 52 acres on the Gulf of Mexico in Destin, Florida with access to 600 feet of private beach, a private tennis club, exercise facility and multiple community pools.
TOPS’L, with a wide selection of Destin accommodations and rentals, is currently in the process of a $2.5 million renovation, which will include an upgrade of the tennis complex, locker room facilities and a new market and sundry shop.

The Cabanas at TOPS’L will overlook the pristine Coffeen Nature
Preserve and are a short drive to Topsail Hill State Preserve. The Cabanas will include 114 one bedroom, one and a half bath condos with 750 square feet of living space and balconies.
TOPS’L Ridge will overlook the Sandestin golf course from its 10 three bedroom, three bath residences with approximately 2,000 square feet of living space. TOPS'L Ridge offers both privacy and luxury with "private elevators" and an enclosed parking garage.
The tennis complex renovations are expected to be completed by the end of the year. The Cabanas at TOPS’L is scheduled to open in summer of 2008 along with TOPS’L Ridge.
