Auto Meets Estrogen in Newsletter Format (Does Sex Matter When Buying a Car? New Newsletter Targets Female Automotive Buyers)

Does sex matter when buying a car? New newsletter targets female automotive buyers.

Morrow, GA (PRWEB) August 19, 2006 -- Car-Buy-Her, a firm that educates women on auto buying and maintenance in addition to consulting with auto companies on marketing effectively to women, today released the first copy of Female Auto Consumer, a two-page newsletter tailored specifically to women.

“Women in dealerships and automotive waiting rooms rarely have pertinent information to read that specifically relates to them and their automotive needs. It’s usually a choice between a manly automotive magazine, business or social, if she has a choice at all. The belief that women don’t have an interest in getting more information and understanding their automotive needs better is false," says Glover, founder of Car-Buy-Her and editor of Female Auto Consumer and the company’s website at www.car-buy-her.com. Female Auto Consumer provides automotive information, resources, and tips for women.

Articles featured in the first copy of Female Auto Consumer include Do You Suffer from DCS? a somewhat humorous but practical look at how women can keep their cars clean; The Lady and Her Truck, which profiles three ladies that enjoy the ride and the practicality of driving a truck, and 11 Things a Woman Should Carry In Her Car, a quick checklist for women.

Female Auto Consumer is another resource Car-Buy-Her offers for women and automotive retailers. The newsletter is available by subscription in volumes of 500, 1,000, and 1,500 to companies that want to include the newsletter in direct mail pieces to women customers or for those that are interested in carrying the newsletter in their establishments. Individual subscriptions in email format are currently available for free to women, although later subscriptions will carry a fee.

Female Auto Consumer is published quarterly by Car-Buy-Her. For more information on how to subscribe or get copies of the newsletter, companies may call 770-210-0726 or visit www.car-buy-her.com.
