Congresswoman Kim Berfield and a Gus Bilirakis' Representative To Speak At A Pro-Israel Solidarity Walk and Rally,Starting At the Corner of Bayshore and Bay To Bay and Culminating in a Rally at the Tampa Garden Club, 2629 Bayshore Blvd., Tampa, FL 33629, On Sunday, September 17, 2006. This community wide, multi-cultural event seeks to promote solidarity between members of the community on behalf of Israel regardless of ethnic or religious background. For security purposes pre-registration for the Walk is preferred at www.blessIsrael2006.com. There will be a small gift at check in for the first 300 who pre-register.
Tampa, FL (PRWEB) September 13, 2006 -- Republican candidate Congresswoman Kim Berfield and a Gus Bilirakis' representative will be speaking at the community wide and multi-cultural Pro-Israel Walk and Rally to be held on Sunday, September 17, 2006, starting at the corner of Bayshore and Bay To Bay and culminating in a Rally at the Tampa Garden Club, 2629 Bayshore Blvd., Tampa, FL 33629, on Sunday, September 17, 2006.
This community wide, multi-cultural event seeks to promote solidarity between members of the community on behalf of Israel regardless of ethnic or religious background.
For security purposes pre-registration for the Walk is preferred at www.blessIsrael2006.com. There will be a small gift at check in for the first 300 who pre-register. Check-in will be at 1:30 P.M., followed by the Walk down Bayshore at 2 P.M. Participants are requested to march carrying Israeli flags. The Rally begins at 3 P.M. with music, Israeli dancing, and special speakers. In the marketplace, learn about ways you can support Israel, sign cards for Israeli soldiers, and purchase items. All proceeds raised will go to help victims of terrorism living in Israel.
The two themes for this Pro-Israel Solidarity Walk and Rally are to “Stand Together Against Terrorism” and “Action NOW Prevents Holocausts Later.” Join us and take a stand against injustice to the Jewish people. Prevent future crimes committed against Israel -- now.
The Tampa Bay Committee to Bless Israel (TBCBI) continually strives to raise awareness of Israel within our community. The TBCBI also raises funds for victims of terrorism living in Israel and is staffed completely by volunteers. All proceeds will go to support victims of terrorism living in Israel.
