Gen-9 Announces NOAH Beta Release

Noah, A New Concept In Internet Data Management, Enters Beta Testing.
The Internet has transformed the way we work and live in the past ten years

Mountain View, CA (PRWEB) September 27, 2006 -- Gen-9, Inc. announced today the beta release of a new product called NOAH. NOAH is a new concept in Internet data management software that integrates email, Web pages, RSS feeds, contacts, scheduling, application files and other data into a single, customizable, easy to use client interface. The product will initially be available in a limited Beta release, to be followed by a general release by the end of the year.

Noah runs from the user's PC and includes a local database so, unlike entirely Web based applications, it remains functional even when access to the Internet is not available. Gen-9 will be making the single user version available as a free download. It plans to introduce an enterprise version in 2007.

"The Internet has transformed the way we work and live in the past ten years," said Gen-9's President and CEO Mark A. Fauci. "The way that we use email and the Web today is almost unrecognizable when compared to the early days, but Web and email client software tools have remained essentially unchanged since then. We felt it was time to take a fresh look at what user's needs are today and rethink how these tools should be designed to meet those needs. We think we found a better way to make all the things people love about the Internet better and, at the same time, make the stuff they hate - like spam, inbox clutter, and bookmark overload - go away."

To participate in the Beta test interested parties are asked to register at the Company's Web site -- www.gen-9.net.
