For the second straight year, J.D Power & Associates – the global marketing information services firm – has named John Laing Homes highest in home builder customer satisfaction in Orange County. J.D. Power & Associates released its 2006 New-Home Builder Customer Satisfaction Study(SM) on Wednesday morning, September 13.
