Inovex, Maker of Ride-On Tire Sealants for Motorcycle and Commercial Truck Tires, Receives Virginia Exporter Award

Inovex, the maker of Ride-On Tire Sealants used in the tires of trucks, buses, motorcycles and many other commercial, military, municipal and private vehicles and fleets, was recently chosen to participate in the Commonwealth of Virginia's exporter-centric AIM Program. Through funding and assistance from export specialists, AIM helps Virginia companies pursue international leads in overseas markets.

Sterling, VA (PRWEB) September 20, 2006 -- Inovex Industries, Inc., the makers of the Ride-On TPS line of tire sealants, today announced its acceptance into the September 2006 class of the Accessing International Markets (AIM) export development program. The one year program, launched in December 2005 by the Virginia Economic Development Partnership (VEDP), helps Virginia companies pursue international leads in new markets overseas and realize the benefits of exporting.

In addition to valuable capital funding, market research and strategic counseling the AIM program gives Virginia companies the opportunity to leverage private-sector professional service providers and VEDP-developed relationships around the world

“International sales offer significant opportunities for rapid growth for our company,” said Inovex’s CFO. “AIM should help us obtain a serious foothold in Mexico, a high-priority export market for us.”

“The AIM Program jump-starts the development of international business by connecting companies with the practical tools needed for successful export sales,” said Elizabeth Morgan, AIM Program Manager. “AIM capital, public and private sector resources will be used to develop and implement a Market Access Plan (MAP) that will help companies systematically sell overseas. The AIM “MAP” approach can be replicated in other markets once participants graduate from the one year AIM Program. VEDP looks forward to supporting Inovex as the company implements its international business strategy.”

The five Virginia companies accepted into the September 2006 AIM class include Prime Choice Foods in Bristol, Pragmatic Environmental Solutions company PESCO in Roanoke, Process Manufacturing LLC in Afton, Robert Bryan Ltd in Port Royal, and Inovex Industries, Inc. in Sterling. Markets to be pursued by current AIM participants include countries in the Americas, Europe and Asia. Based on a competitive quarterly application process, 20 companies will be accepted into the AIM program each year.
