'Mundo Latino' to Feature Oceanica -- Renowned Addiction Treatment in Mexico

Oceanica is a treatment center for alcoholism, drug addiction, eating and other behavioral disorders, located on the beautiful beaches of Mazatlan, Sinaloa, in the Mexican Pacific.

Deerfield Beach, FL (PRWEB) September 23, 2006 -- Platinum Television Group is pleased to announce the selection of Oceanica for its innovative, educational television series, Mundo Latino, broadcast to the Spanish-speaking community in the United States.

Oceanica is a treatment center for alcoholism, drug addiction, eating and other behavioral disorders, located on the beautiful beaches of Mazatlan, Sinaloa, in the Mexican Pacific. Oceanica has over 12 years of experience with such treatments.

Oceanica is the only Latin treatment center with an exclusive contract with the top treatment centers in the U.S., which guarantees the best technology. Its main objective is recovery through the transformation of one’s life and family. The average treatment time is 35-45 days.

At Oceanica, addiction is seen as a family disease. Therefore, they offer a five-day family program, based on the same values of treatment, which works to enhance spirituality. Also offered is a program for children ages 6-12 to help them with the addiction problem in the family.

Help with interventions for addicts are offered through Oceanica as a last resort. All members of the clinical staff are qualified and certified for all responsibilities.

Considering that addiction is a chronic illness, it is important to have an effective aftercare program. At Oceanica, patients are watched closely for six months after treatment has concluded. Chapters of growth groups are located in Mexico, South America, and in the United States.

“No estas solo; Juntos encontraremos la solucion” -- “You are not alone; together we will find the solution.”
