Under the agreement, Oxygen will deliver to AT&T U-verse TV customers its array of lifestyle and entertainment programming and original series designed for the female audience.

Like AT&T, Oxygen is committed to bringing unexpected and innovative programming to our audience
“We are proud to offer a wide selection of content to best serve our diverse customer base,” said Dan York, head of programming of AT&T Operations, Inc. “We welcome Oxygen’s quality women’s programming to the AT&T U-verse channel lineup.”

“Like AT&T, Oxygen is committed to bringing unexpected and innovative programming to our audience,” said Lisa Gersh, president and chief operating officer of Oxygen Media. “We’re thrilled to expand our audience of young women through AT&T U-verse services with exciting and original shows that speak to female viewers.”
