Edgewater Capital Partners acquires forced induction manufacturer Turbonetics Inc., to be the cornerstone automotive aftermarket company in group's portfolio.
Simi Valley, CA (PRWEB) January 11, 2007 -- Turbonetics Inc. announced today that it has been acquired by Edgewater Capital Partners to become the group's cornerstone company in the automotive aftermarket. The purchase agreement was formalized and signed on December 13th, 2006, with the final transaction taking place January 8th.

Spearco, a company specializing in heat exchanger and intercooler products, along with F-MAX a turbo "kit" company, has allowed Turbonetics to expand all product lines to deliver a complete range of forced induction components to consumers.
