In addition to making it easier for borrowers to find out the status of their loans, and saving loan officers the time of providing that information, the new tool also makes it easier for business referral partners to track the status of deals they have referred to a broker or lender.
Like the other tools built into MortgageDashboard, the online status engine gets its information from the single database that stores all critical loan information, making it easy to ensure that every party to the transaction is receiving the correct information. Security and roles-based permissioning are built in, protecting the originator's valuable data.
