Dr. Doug Hiser and the Hiser Orthodontics Team Deliver More Than Fabulous Smiles; Customer and Community Service Are Priority #1 For CRCT Testing This Week

Atlanta based orthodontist, Dr. Douglas Hiser does more for his patients and their families than straighten teeth. He's on a mission to bring back customer and community service to Atlanta area schools. Dr. Hiser and his team have walked their talk since the practice opened. In fact, he turns away business if the child is not really ready for braces. Hiser's motto is No Smile Before It's Time and the proof is in the practice. Hiser's practice exceed his 5 year goal in his first 3 years in business and donates thousands to the local elementary and middle schools for CRCT testing

Atlanta, GA (PRWEB) April 30, 2007 -- Dr. Douglas Hiser, DMD, MS holds a commitment to his patients that goes far beyond the practice of orthodontics; he believes the family is his patient. While you wouldn't think turning away business is a wise business practice, www.hiserortho.com , for Dr. Hiser treating young children according to the current trends in orthodontics is poor customer service.

Each year children come into my practice younger and younger. It doesn't help a child to be in braces for 3 or 4 years. They need to be children for as long as they can. Not treating a child is more often great customer service than starting them too young
"Each year children come into my practice younger and younger. It doesn't help a child to be in braces for 3 or 4 years. They need to be children for as long as they can. Not treating a child is more often great customer service than starting them too young," states Hiser, the single father of an 8 year old son. "For me, watching my son play and smile at me with his less than perfect smile, is the greatest gift of childhood."

Dr. Hiser's opinion on customer service goes far beyond the patient and their family. He believes in community as a whole. Dr. Hiser donates thousands for supplies, #2 pencils, snacks and mints for neighborhood schools in Forsyth County to take the CRCT (Criterion Referenced Competency Test) administered this week. For the children to take the test without worry feels good to the Hiser Orthodontics team:

"Education is the key to a good life. I want to give back and support the community that supports me. Growing up as the child who sometimes didn't have that pencil, I have grown to believe that every act of kindness that we can make to one another, builds the integrity of the community as a whole. Even if it is one pencil at a time," continues Dr. Hiser.

Businesses are invited to join the Hiser Challenge for customer and community service by contacting their local school and donating items that the schools need to support a child's education. In addition, you can email your story of great customer service to be shared on www.hiserortho.com
