Job seekers have the flexibility to answer any of the questions available on the website, user submitted questions or the Interview Question of the Week. They then record and upload video clips of their interview responses. Users are able to broadcast their video clips publicly and determine if their video clip will be critiqued by peer reviewers or expert reviewers also known as JobNobbers. Job interview responses can be rated on the Hiremeter. Users can also choose to share their video privately with only friends and family. In addition, HireOrNoHire is a resource where job seekers will be able to see previously uploaded public video clip of how someone else might answer an interview question.
HireOrNoHire.com is now available in beta for job seekers across the country to register and upload video clips.
