Author To Release Pop/Rock Album

Nashville, TN (PRWEB) May 1, 2007 -- Music industry executive, consultant and author, recording artist LoRene' has completed her next project, 'Lolapalooza'.
The much anticipated album 'Lolapalooza' by Lo Rene' will be released August 9 with tour to follow. 'Lolapalooza' will be available through various distribution avenues that are affiliated with Brick and Mortar Distribution, Sony Connect, Super D and Best Buy. 'Lolapalooza' can be ordered at any major music outlet worldwide. Although the album hasn't released yet the potential hit song, 'Thinking of You' has already been included in a radio sampler that will be going out to over 3,000 radio stations in the Pop/Rock genre'
Lo Rene' and co-author AJ GRANT have devised a detailed seminar, contest and concert extravaganza tour that will be coming to metropolitan areas this next fall, look for more information to come. AJ Grant and Lo Rene' authors of the book, "Music Business: It's all about the Music. Right?" will be arriving into the cities on Wednesdays and staying through Monday of the next week, the seminar section will be held Thursday, and Friday, with a Saturday concert and contest showcase. On Monday, Grant and Lo Rene' will be at music outlets, book stores and/or libraries for book signings in each location. Contest semi-finalists will have a chance to showcase their talent before Lo Rene' graces the stage. The winners of each location will go on to showcase and compete for a grand prize of a fully paid scholarship to D'Vision II Entertainment's intensive music industry training program with a possible record contract with D'Vision II Records. The training will be held in D'Vision II Entertainment's very own training facility, which is due to open following the tour. The 12 city tour will finish with the grand finale set to take place in Las Vegas.
All level musicians, vocalist and genre's are encouraged to enter their talent in the contest and may do so by going to www.dvision2.com. Artists are required to pre-register for the contest, "SuperStar-Quest 2007" and must send cd's and bio's along with entry fee to 533 Church St. Suite 143 Nashville, TN. 37219. (Entry fee is set at $25. Free for all seminar attendees) D'Vision II Entertainment, LLC will then review the contest entries and notify the semi-finalist at a meet and greet party on Wednesday before the seminar in each town.
So, pack up those bios and cd's, take them off the shelf, it's time to dust off those instruments and start to rehearse. You or someone you know could be the winner.
