PTS was founded by John Stasig Moerk, a chemical and process engineer originally from Denmark. Moerk has extensive experience globally, including in Asia, and held senior technical and management positions for 15 years previously. He is well-known for his engineering applications, process engineering, and project management skills and experience, and is a respected management consultant.
Among other PTS principals is Frank Holz, a respected pioneer in the Philippine business process outsourcing (BPO) industry, with extensive experience in the delivery of value-added IT services, quality and project management and leadership training. He is also the CEO of Outsource2Philippines, and was previously a partner with Accenture. He has held senior positions in global companies in the U.S., Europe, and Southeast Asia.
PTS provides services in the areas of civil and structural engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, control system engineering, architectural design, geographic information systems, and clash detection. Its clients include Pacific Consultants International Asia, Hong Kong; Birch & Krogboe, Consultants and Planners, Denmark; Hillside Developments, Thailand; Golder Associates, Canada; Atkins, Denmark; and Kruger, also based in Denmark.
