Ritz-Carlton Orlando to Host Display of World’s Most Exotic Cars, Motorcycles, Watercraft and Aircraft
The Ritz-Carlton Orlando Grande Lakes Resort will play host to a gathering of the world¹s most exotic cars, motorcycles and watercraft on Sunday, November 4th. In addition to the collection of rare and exotic vehicles, luxury lifestyle companies will also participate.
Orlando, FL (PRWEB) July 11, 2007 -- The Ritz-Carlton Orlando Grande Lakes Resort will play host to a gathering of the world¹s most exotic cars, motorcycles and watercraft on Sunday, November 4. In addition to the collection of rare and exotic vehicles, luxury lifestyle companies will also participate.
The event, titled the Grande Lakes Concours d¹Elegance, will take place over two days. Saturday, November 4th will see a Jet Port Reception and Sunday will feature a display of 100+ exotic automobiles, motorcycles and watercraft displayed throughout the manicured lawns and gardens of the resort.
The Grande Lakes Concours d¹Elegance begins on Saturday evening with the Jet Port Reception. The reception takes place in a nearby aircraft hanger amidst a display of aircraft, motorcycles & automobiles. Both vintage and contemporary aircraft are scheduled to attend. Examples include a vintage Beech 18 with leather and alligator interior, a Piaggio P-180 (the official aircraft of the famed automotive manufacturer Ferrari), a WW II era P-51 Mustang, as well as models from Gulfstream, Hawker and others. Guests will enjoy a premium brands open bar, themed food stations prepared by culinary masters, a silent auction to benefit charity, displays of luxury lifestyle products, smooth jazz and more.
The weekend continues Sunday morning when a fabulous display of 100+ exotic cars, motorcycles and watercraft will be displayed at the Four Diamond Ritz-Carlton Orlando Grande Lakes Resort. Vehicles scheduled for display include models from Rolls-Royce, Bentley, Lamborghini, Ferrari, Maserati, Porsche, Maybach, Mercedes-Benz, Jaguar, Ducati, Bimota, Riva and others.
Cars, motorcycles & watercraft will be placed for display on the idyllic lawns amidst the beautiful gardens of the resort. The event allows attendees to stroll the property while enjoying exciting culinary delights and fine wines offered by the Ritz-Carlton staff. This year the event pays tribute to both Ferrari and Lamborghini with very special examples of each manufacturer's vehicles placed for display.
Entertainment for the day includes free drawings to win luxury products like fine timepieces; a strolling saxophonist; a silent auction to benefit charity; a lifestyle pavilion with displays of fine wines, cigars, jewelry, confections, writing instruments, crystal and other luxury items. The grand finale will be an awards presentation to recognize award-winning vehicles.
