Hard Rock Helping Children, Seattle Rockers Lend a Hand

Seattle bred Indie rockers, Dog Leg Preacher, perform back to back concerts to benefit sick and injured children.

Seattle, WA (Bluehost/PRWEB ) August 9, 2007 -- Seattle based Indie rockers and recording artists Dog Leg Preacher will be performing back to back charity concerts to aide sick and injured children.

The first of these two events will take place on Saturday August 25th, 2007 12:00 to 8:00 P.M., at Warren G. Magnuson park. 7400 Sand point way N.E. This performance will be a part of the Community Canvas art sale and concert. All proceeds from this event will be donated to Seattle Children's hospital. Dog Leg will play an additional concert/motorcycle rally on Saturday September 1st 2007,in Roy Washington. 31026 Schudy road S. Roy, WA 98580. This event, titled "the Teddy bear run", is put on by A.B.A.T.E. of Washington. All attendees are asked to bring either a small toy, or some school supplies as a donation. Proceeds from this event will be donated to the children's relief fund, and Pierce county emergency medical technicians. Fireman and EMT's will be on site to pick up the toys. School supplies will be distributed to needy families through B.A.S.H. (bikers against statewide hunger). This is a three day event. Camping is available. Dog Leg Preacher will also be accepting donations on behalf ofreither of these two events. You can contact them through there website, www.doglegpreacher.com, or donate in person on Saturday August 18th at Goofy's sports bar and grill. 8519 15th NW Seattle WA 98117. They will be there from 5:00 P.M. to 1:00 A.M.
