Cardioke® is part high energy Cardio and part group Karaoke! Created and developed by the fitness industry's next superstar and son of the famed Tae Bo fitness guru Billy Blanks®, this high energy work out is more like a dance party with lots of sweat and everyone singing out the words to the songs we all know and love. Billy's focus was to include everyone. Even those who can't do harder fitness programs. It is extremely energetic and in a non judgmental nightclub type setting, disco ball and all! It was originally designed to target the teen obesity issue and was met with great response by all age groups!

Cardioke® forces you to breathe properly by singing out and dancing in a group setting. Cardioke® incorporates all levels, genres of music and will have variations of types of classes mostly focusing on cardio dance and sculpting. Along with a new set of work out videos, Billy Blanks, Jr. ®'s goal is to embrace people of all ages and plans to launch a high school tour to motivate students to take control of their health. Billy Blanks, Jr.® is part of the rock/soul duo THE BLANX along with his wife Sharon Catherine Blanks (RENT, Jekyll & Hyde, Dreamgirls). Their CD "Deeper Than A Fatal Wound" has just been released. He was the star of the Broadway Musical FAME and he has directed and or choreographed such greats as Tom Hanks, Paula Abdul, The Cast Of Will & Grace, Jason Alexander, Michael Chiklis, Celine Dion, and many many more.
