Ujena JAM Talent Search Week Cancun

The Ujena Jam has expanded well beyond an event for models and photographers. In addition to the featured search for the Ujena Bikini Model and Photographer of the year, the JAM includes other exciting events like the Ujena 5k Run, Ujena Jam Big Game Fishing Tournament and the Jam Golf Tournament. Every night there are exciting theme parties i.e. a costume party and a beach party. The Jam is an event for everyone.

Cancun, Mexico (PRWEB) October 19, 2007 -- "It is exciting to bring back the Ujena JAM to Cancun. We last held the JAM in Cancun four years ago," says Bob Anderson director and founder of the event. "Cancun is going to be the perfect setting in January, 2008. We are expecting over 60 models and photographers from around the world."

The UjENA JAM is the place to get noticed, build portfolios, network with leaders in the industry, gain valuable knowledge, compete in exciting events, get exposure and have fun.

In addition to the featured search for the Ujena Bikini Model and Photographer of the Year, the UjENA JAM Talent Search Week includes a 5k run, golf and fishing tournaments, Makeup for Print, Ujena Talent Workshops and Partner talent searches. Ujena Swimwear and UjENA JAM partners will be awarding cash, prizes, trips and contracts.

"We have expanded the Ujena Jam in Mexico and Spain and will be holding five events in our 2008 calendar," stated Alberto Estarrona director of Ujena Mexico. "We will be in Cancun in January, Sitges Spain in May, GDL in July, Puerto Vallarta in August and Cabo in October."

"Over $250,000 or cash, prizes, trips and contracts will be awarded our Ujena Jam 2008 winners," says Catherine Cross Ujena Jam PR director.

Over 50 partner companies will be participating in the 2008 Ujena Jam season. Media partners like Maxim en espanol, TV Azteca, Telemundo, Bennett Productions and Extra 42 will be covering the action reaching millions of people. Each will also be selecting their Image Award winners in Puerto Vallarta.

Other partners like America Model, Showsum, Fobfire, Pepsi, Circa, Outback Steakhouse, and Corona will be working with Ujena again this year.

Ujena JAM Cancun will be based at the Holiday Inn and starts January 13, 2008. The Ujena 5k run will be held January 19 and over $1,000 of cash prizes will be awarded. All local runners are invited to join the Ujena JAM models and photographers. It is a required event for them.
