ABC Office Announces The Addition of Three New 'How To' Product Guides to Its Web Site Covering Various Binding Machines

Setting up and operating a binding machine can initially seem complex and difficult. This week ABC Office added three new "How To" guides to its Web site providing detailed information on wire binding, comb binding and VeloBinding.

Kaysville, Utah (PRWEB) October 1, 2007 -- Shopping online can be a little confusing when trying to determine which piece of equipment to purchase. Learning how a piece of equipment works is a critical part of choosing office equipment. ABC Office has just added three new "How To" guides to its Web site covering three popular forms of binding including wire, comb and VeloBinding.

The manual that comes with a binding machine often has insufficient information. These "How To" guides will help businesses and individuals get their machines up and running. Each guide goes through the benefits of each machine and what type of books requires which type of binding machine. Also included in the guides are step-by-step instructions on how to binding a book. Pictures and detailed instructions are included. At the end of the guide links to Video Demos are included.

The first guide is the comb-binding guide, which covers one of the most common forms of binding. Comb binding machines us plastic combs to hold pieces of paper, creating a bound document. Comb binding machines are ideal due to inexpensive binding elements and the ability to add and remove sheets of paper from the bound document. You can find the How To Comb Bind guide by going here: http://www.abcoffice.com/how-to-comb-bind.htm.

The second guide is the wire-binding guide that goes through the pros and cons of wire binding, often referred to as double-loop or wire comb binding. Wire binding literally uses small lops of wire to hold paper together to create a booklet. Wire binding machines are commonly used by schools and businesses to create reports. You can find the How To Wire Bind guide by going here: http://www.abcoffice.com/how-to-wire-bind.htm.

The third "How To" guide is the VeloBinding guide. VeloBinding is a type of binding created by GBC to quickly bind large stacks of books. The largest VeloBinding machine is capable of binding a three-inch stack of paper. VeloBind machines are commonly used by Lawyers' offices. You can find the How To VeloBind guide here: http://www.abcoffice.com/how-to-velobind.htm.

ABC Office is excited to make this information available to the general public for free and expects to continue creating "How To" guides for all kinds of office equipment. For further information bout this line of shredders, please contact Morgan Cloward, Marketing Director of ABC Office, 1-800-658-8788.
