Racing Technology Norfolk is working with Chief Designer Peter Elleray of Ptec Design, with whom the company collaborated on the Bentley EXP Speed Eight which won Le Mans in 2003. The company will deliver wind tunnel models and the carbon composite tub and bodywork for the new Embassy Racing WF01.

Graham Muff, Commercial Manager, Racing Technology Norfolk Ltd said: "We're delighted and proud to have been selected by Embassy Racing as their technical partner to deliver the major structures of their new endurance racer. The contract recognises Racing Technology Norfolk's unquestioned credentials in advanced composites and is a big vote of confidence as Racing Technology Norfolk returns to the commercial world. A credit to Norfolk motorsport."

Extensive wind tunnel testing has already been carried out with the models at the highly respected RUAG facility in Switzerland. Detail design and construction of the first WF01 is already under way with the car expected to run for the first time in January 2008.

Peter Elleray, Chief Designer, said: "It's great to be working with Racing Technology Norfolk again. They extract maximum performance from advanced composites and deliver the highest quality components and structures."
