e-Builder CEO to Join Panel Discussing FMI/CMAA Eighth Annual Survey of Owners at CMAA's National Conference in Chicago

Jonathan Antevy, e-Builder co-founder and CEO, will join the panel that will discuss the results from the FMI/CMAA's annual owner's survey, which analyzes and summarizes trends and concerns of business owners in the building and construction industry.

Ft. Lauderdale, FL (PRWEB) October 6, 2007 -- e-Builder, a provider of web-based solutions that help owner/developers streamline planning, design, and construction, announced today that Jonathan Antevy, e-Builder CEO, will be a panelist during the presentation of the FMI/CMAA Eighth Annual Survey of Owners in Chicago, October 9. Jon brings over 12 years of experience in the construction industry to the panel, and has worked with Fortune 500 companies to implement technology solutions to problems resulting from poor coordination and collaboration.

Since 1995, e-Builder has been a force behind the construction industry's drive towards optimized processes and higher efficiency. Mr. Antevy is recognized as the visionary who first brought practical construction management applications online. During this time Mr. Antevy has gained valuable insights into the nature of the problems facing the industry, and how technology has helped owner organizations overcome these challenges. "We have seen a significant increase in awareness as to the benefits of these tools," said Antevy, "and the recent coverage that BIM has gained will hopefully make leaders at organizations managing complex capital projects take a more proactive role in learning about, and adopting these tools."

Mr. Antevy will join Mark Bridgers and Marisé Mikulis, both senior consultants with FMI, during the presentation at 8:30 a.m. on Tuesday, October 9, 2007, at the Sheraton Towers in Chicago during CMAA's National Conference. The Survey of Owners, published every year, surveys, analyzes and summarizes trends and concerns of business owners in the building and construction industry. It has become a definitive resource within the industry on construction owners' perspectives because capital asset owners serve as the bellwether of construction industry trends and movements.
