This successful two-day program was held on November 15th and 16th, 2007 from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. each day at The Carlyle Suites located at 1731 New Hampshire Avenue, N.W. in Washington, DC; and had a sold out attendance.

Topics covered included an overview on the terror threat, how to detect and recognize a threat, responding to a terror threat, instructions on measures to improve a building's security, and reducing premise liability.
    
The training program is tailored specifically for building managers, security officers, hotel and resort managers, architects and engineers, EMS personnel and law enforcement.

The presenter of this conference was Samuel Basham, an Israeli counter terror expert, who offered extensive case studies and video footage, and on day two he showed things that can be done to protect buildings and other facilities about this threat.
