College Campus Race Relations Ignite in Administrator's Latest Novel

In I Am The Darker Brother, author Eugene Williams presents a captivating novella which takes an honest, unfiltered look at relationships among the races and between the sexes. Williams takes readers through the college life of a black young man and makes historically black fraternities consider the ramifications of the criteria they use for admission into their organizations.

Fredericksburg, VA (PRWEB) November 24, 2007 -- Eric Wilson is a young black man who has always thrived in predominantly white settings. A student at Capwell University, a prestigious Southern college, Eric enjoys the camaraderie he experiences as a member of Beta Phi Beta, an historically black fraternity.

One day, during his senior year, he is involved in a discussion about race which forces him to analyze his own prejudices and re-evaluate his relationship with his bi-racial girlfriend. Kara, and his friend, Don, the first and only white brother ever to be admitted to Capwell's chapter of Beta Phi Beta.
