Representing team USA is the World's No. 1 ranked doubles team, twin brothers Mike and Bob Bryan, and singles players Andy Roddick (No. 5) and James Blake (No. 13). The team will be led by Patrick McEnroe, a former singles player who has held the position of U.S. Davis Cup captain since 2000, as it takes on a Russian group that includes highly ranked singles player Nikolay Davydenko (No. 4) and Mikhail Youzhny (No. 19). Other Russian Davis Cup members are Marat Safin, Dmitry Tursunov and Igor Andreev.

Championship competition between Russia and the United States will consist of two singles matches on Friday, Nov. 30, one doubles match Saturday, Dec. 1, and two singles matches Sunday, Dec. 2. Each of the five matches is worth one point, with the team that wins at least three points walking away with the Cup. VERSUS will carry all matches live, beginning at 4 p.m. ET Friday and Sunday, and 3:30 p.m. Saturday followed by nightly replays on Tennis Channel at 10 p.m. ET.
