Ben Affleck Called Out by Martian Manifesto Producer, Thomas Chenault, on YouTube

Baltimore, MD (PRWEB) December 14, 2007 -- Independent film producer, Thomas Chenault, who has recently launched pre-production for his movie Martian Manifesto, chose YouTube videos to introduce himself to Ben Affleck. Video Transmission #1, the first of several "transmissions," begins to explain to Mr. Affleck about the "story within (Mr. Chenault) that must be told, and therefore will be told."

Mr. Chenault describes Martian Manifesto as the tale in which "a fiendishly likeable madman stumbles into his destiny, as a revolutionary cult leader, amidst an orgy of sex, drugs, violence, music...and Martians." At the end of this video, however, viewers are left with an unanswered question - exactly what does Mr. Chenault intend for Mr. Affleck's involvement to be. Viewers find the answer to this question and much more in the upcoming transmissions, which will tell a story of their own.

The transmissions, published by Mr. Chenault's production group, The Followers of the Sentient Way, may be viewed at www.youtube.com/brindlesmiley. According to the opening credits and disclaimers, only mature audiences and those with "lurid tastes, open minds, strong spines and flexible morals" should view these videos.

In this transmission, Mr. Chenault further "loosely" describes Martian Manifesto as a "sci-fi, epic adventure, erotic-mystery-thriller, dramatic character study dark comedy." The production group expects the combination of provocative themes, not to mention Mr. Chenault's intense personal force and storytelling ability, which come through clearly in the video, to generate a broad base of appeal for Martian Manifesto.
