The new Irvine office will open on Jan. 14, 2008, with Stephen heading it up. RBI is also positioning itself for new growth in the form of product development. They are planning to release a number of new products in 2008 related to the customer experience, including ones that focus on lead management, satisfaction measurements, acquisition marketing and database management, all of which allow for measurable ROI.
