InventHelp® Client Invents "Child-Protect" - An Alarm System Invention for Care-Givers

InventHelp® is currently attempting to submit the invention to companies for review.

Pittsburgh, Pa (PRWEB) December 19, 2007 -- InventHelp®, America's leading inventor service company, announces that one of its clients, an inventor from Baldwin Park, Calif., has designed an alarm system for a child's car seat. This invention is patented.

The "Child-Protect" could prevent parents from forgetting that a child is in the vehicle. The unit could ensure a user that the children are not abandoned and affected by extreme temperatures. The invention would feature a design for easy use and automatic operation.

The Child-Protect would consist of an alarm installed underneath the padding of a car seat and would feature a contact switch that would be protected by a thick plastic box. A beeper would be installed in the car seat which would be powered by the vehicle's 12-volt battery. The beeper would be secure via a series of screws. A female plug would be connected to the contact switch and beeper on the car seat. An additional male plug would be connected to a door push-button switch similar to the interior light switch. If the door is opened and there is more than five pounds of pressure on the car seat, a spring underneath the padding would be compressed and would close the contact switch, which would complete the electrical circuit and would sound the beeper. If there is no child in the car seat when the door is opened, the contact switch remains open, and the beeper does not sound.

InventHelp® is attempting to submit the invention to companies for review. If substantial interest is expressed, the company will attempt to negotiate for a sale or royalties for the inventor.
