"RockStar Resolutions" is set to take place on Monday, December 31, 2007 at the ultra-exclusive Republic restaurant and lounge. The 25,000 square-foot restaurant will be transformed into a dazzling sea of lights; featuring LA's hottest DJs spinning today's hottest hip-hip, pop and rock music through a multi-million dollar state of the art sound system. Five full premium bars are crocheted throughout three uniquely themed areas, outside a custom built stage that will host performances and a New Year's Eve countdown guests will never forget. The RockStar Resolutions New Year's Eve Bash is part of a series of events produced by The Artist Movement, which still has party goers in a buzz after its successful "Se7en Deadly Sins" Halloween event, which was broadcasted live on MTV nationwide.
The RockStar Resolutions New Year's Eve event will be broadcast live nationally in 21 major markets on E! Entertainment Television and will be hosted by "People" Magazine's Nanette Shreve in amalgamation with the "Celebrity New Year's Resolution Special" at Rockefeller Center in New York City. Guests attending RockStar Resolutions will enjoy signature drinks -- titillating performances by After Midnight Project, Shotgun Radio, The Virgineers, Myra, J. Hustles and Macy's Rock Your Fashion spokesmodel Krishnar. The RockStar Resolutions event will also feature the "Rock Star" gifting suite for VIP celebrity guests on location inside the ultra posh M Lounge at Republic.
